About the role
- Provide telephone advice and support to our customers in the field of building technology
- Prepare quotations including price calculations and follow-up on outstanding offers
- Receive and process customer orders
- Process specifications (Leistungsverzeichnisse)
- Work closely with the field sales team and support customer care
Requirements
- Vocational training in electrical engineering with commercial knowledge, or commercial training with electrical engineering knowledge
- Knowledge of electrotechnical products (network technology / installation materials / building technology)
- Sales experience, preferably in a technical environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Responsible and independent working style
