About the role
- Independent handling in the goods dispatch clarification unit
- Verification of incorrect deliveries to customers
- Point of contact for Sales and our customers

Requirements
- Ideally completed commercial vocational training such as Warehouse Logistics Specialist, Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (m/f/d), or Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk (m/f/d)
- Initial professional experience in inventory management and complaint/repair processing is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good knowledge of common Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using ERP systems
- Ability to work independently
- Service- and customer-oriented
