About the role

  • Strategic consulting for new and existing clients with a focus on digital marketing and sales solutions.
  • Developing innovative sales and go-to-market strategies and digitization concepts.
  • Market and target audience analysis: developing well-founded strategies based on competitive analyses and performance data.
  • Leading client meetings and strategy workshops.
  • Analyzing and recommending measures to optimize client processes.

Requirements

  • University degree in business, marketing, communications, or a comparable field.
  • Initial practical experience in project management, consulting, or digital marketing (e.g., internships or working-student positions).
  • Analytical thinking and creativity: ability to identify trends and interpret data.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills: able to explain complex matters clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint.
  • Language skills: German at C1 level and English at least B2 level.
