Research Analyst

• Support Aledade’s strategic approach to risk stratification and documentation with analyses that leverage rich data sources including Medicare claims, payer sourced data, and electronic health records.
• Participate in the development and refinement of forecasting models to support enterprise-wide projections, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain documentation and reporting frameworks to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Provide subject matter expertise in risk analytics, offering insights and recommendations to partners within the broader Impact Analytics team.
• Work cross-functionally with partners across actuary, product and engineering organizations to drive insights.
