About the role

  • Develop and drive the execution of our enablement programs and initiatives for the Growth Sales Team
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training and onboarding programs
  • Create and optimize sales collateral
  • Ensure alignment across the organization
  • Measure the impact of enablement initiatives to drive sales productivity and effectiveness

Requirements

  • BS/BA Required
  • 6+ years experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations or related roles
  • Proven track record of creating engaging, effective sales training content and programs
