Construction Cost Management: Lead the monthly close of construction costs, identifying and explaining variances against the budget. Develop cost trend projections and consolidate budget forecasts through on-site technical visits or online meetings. Ensure information is accurate and presentation-ready for the executive team to support strategic decision-making.
Incurred Costs: Analyze incurred construction costs using the internal system to ensure correct allocation across projects and proper financial progress of the works.
Audit Support: Collaborate with the area manager to prepare documentation requested by auditors through the internal system and area network, ensuring full compliance with audit requirements.
KPIs and Reporting: Contribute to analyses, generation of performance indicators, and data reconciliation using existing systems and controls to help the area manager continuously improve the information and visibility provided to operations managers.
ERP (SAP): Support internal technical operations via the company system, providing internal clients with timely information and system guidance.
Conduct and participate in meetings with interfacing areas to ensure feedback on cost trends and future budgets.
Prepare, together with project teams, cost PDAs (cost action plans) to maximize company results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urbanism, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Microsoft Office suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Experience with SAP.
Must hold a valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH) — site visits required.
Business travel required (on average once per month, with up to 2 nights away).
Previous experience in construction cost planning and control is a strong advantage.
