About the role
- Preparation of study documents
- Study preparation (contract management, creation of printed materials, organization and shipment of study materials)
- Creation and maintenance of the Trial Master File / Study Master File
- Support and coordination of study sites
- Support the project manager with archiving study-related documents
- Organization and execution of data entry for paper-based data collection forms and data reconciliation for double data entry
Requirements
- Enrolled student in a medical, natural sciences, or business-related degree program
- Interest in clinical research as well as in the administration and organization of clinical trials
- Conscientious, careful work with a high standard for accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to work independently, reliability, and teamwork
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
