About the role
- Spearhead Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Manage requests for plan revisions and cancellations
- Collaborate with the Large Account Executive, Renewal Specialists, and underwriting team
- Lead and document the end-to-end enrollment process
- Drive annual account reviews with large account clients
- Conduct demos and presentations for advisors and group clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely client inquiry responses
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and service standards
