About the role
- Deliver the revenue and profit targets for Amazon through strategic planning, forecasting, and P&L ownership.
- Oversee and optimise day-to-day operations in Seller/Vendor Central including stock, listings, ASINs, and compliance.
- Drive effective Amazon Advertising campaigns and promotional strategy to meet growth KPIs (ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, etc.).
- Maintain AKT’s brand image across Amazon through optimized content, A+ assets, and Storefront execution.
- Engage with operations, supply chain, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution and reporting.
- Analyse performance metrics and customer behaviour to recommend actionable improvements and future growth opportunities.
- Support Amazon marketplace expansion to new territories aligned with commercial goals.
- Monitor for unauthorised sellers and ensure compliance with MAP and other pricing policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing an Amazon business, preferably in beauty, wellness, or premium FMCG
- Deep knowledge of Seller/Vendor Central, Amazon Advertising, and analytics platforms
- Experience of the application of robust commercial acumen and experience owning a P&L
- Knowledge and understanding of Amazon algorithms, customer journeys, and best practices for DTC brands
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to align brand, marketing, and operations
- Experience of the application of excellent communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge and familiarity with Amazon tools (e.g., Perpetua, Pacvue, Helium10)
- Experience with MAP monitoring, brand registry, and grey market seller control
- Knowledge of international marketplace expansion strategy
