About the role

Requirements

  • Knowledge of: Functional and technical aspects of the Salesforce/Vlocity platform, with a focus on solutions for the Communications sector;
  • Service Cloud or Sales Cloud;
  • OmniScript;
  • DataRaptor;
  • Integration Procedure;
  • FlexCards;
  • Calculation Matrix;
  • Calculation Procedure;
  • Good communication with the team.
  • Experience with:
  • Multidisciplinary teams;
  • Teams organized in a squads model — agile methodology;
  • Trailhead — self-driven learning.
  • It will be a plus if you know:
  • Knowledge of LWC and Apex;
  • Certifications — OmniStudio Developer, OmniStudio Consultant, Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Administrator;
  • Experience with chat systems;
  • Technical English.
