About the role
- Manage complex programs that have a direct impact on critical business goals and objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams and subject matter experts in their development, planning and execution
- Drive programs from problem statement to solution using business insight, industry best practices, and cross-functional stakeholder input
- Develop success metrics and implement measurement processes to illustrate the impact of a transformation program
- Build and execute on comprehensive communication plans including communication up and down the leadership chain
- Implement change management for transformation programs, ensuring stakeholders are fully enabled, change is adopted, and success metrics are achieved
Requirements
- 6-8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or its equivalent
- Have professional experience as a Project Manager/Program Manager working effectively with cross functional teams
- Be comfortable navigating ambiguity, handling risks, and shifting gears as needed
- Skilled at managing dependencies across teams and functions
- Able to manage 10-30 stakeholders per project, including C-level executives and directors
- Operate with a high sense of urgency and a customer/stakeholder-first mentality
- Build and maintain long-term relationships, often through multi-year programs or partnerships
- Have experience in Agile processes and methodologies
