About the role
- Participant administration and advising, including service inquiries (e.g., seminar content, duration, costs, and prerequisites for continuing education)

Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, preferably with professional experience in the education sector
- Basic understanding of business administration
- Enjoyment of communicating with customers
- Quick comprehension, commitment, and analytical thinking, as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
- Confident user of MS Office
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
