About the role
- 1:1 care of our medically complex pediatric clients in their own homes
- Supporting clients in participating in social activities
- Performing treatment nursing and activating basic care according to our nursing and expert standards
- Creating and updating care plans to provide needs-oriented, optimal care for our clients
- Ensuring quality of care and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (e.g., Registered Nurse, Geriatric Nurse)
- Enjoyment of responsible and independent work
- Strong teamwork skills and empathy
- Willingness to work shifts and on weekends
- Desirable: Class B driving license
