About the role
- 1:1 care of our medically complex clients in their own homes
- Support clients' participation in social activities and working life
- Perform treatment-related nursing tasks and activation-focused basic care in accordance with our nursing and expert standards
- Create and update care plans to ensure needs-oriented and optimal care for our clients
- Ensure quality of care and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed qualification as a nurse (e.g., registered nurse, geriatric nurse, or equivalent)
- Ability and willingness to work responsibly and independently
- Strong team skills and empathy
- Willingness to work shifts and on weekends
- Preferred: valid Class B driving licence
