About the role
- Planning, organization & administration in the area of HRM
- Personnel administration from employment contracts through to issuing references
- Preparation of certificates and correspondence
- Maintenance of master data and personnel files
- Supporting and advising employees and managers on all HR matters
- Participating in projects and optimizing HR processes
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, or commercial vocational training with further HR qualification
- Professional experience in personnel/HR management
- Good knowledge of employment law
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
