About the role

  • Planning, organization & administration in the area of HRM
  • Personnel administration from employment contracts through to issuing references
  • Preparation of certificates and correspondence
  • Maintenance of master data and personnel files

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, or commercial vocational training with further HR qualification
  • Professional experience in personnel/HR management

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
