About the role
- Advising, supporting, instructing and supplying customers and facilities with assistive devices in the orthopedic area (e.g. compression therapy, bandages, orthoses) and the homecare sector (enteral nutrition, wound care, tracheostomy care, etc.)
- Developing individual care plans in close coordination with patients, relatives, nursing services and shared living communities
- Coordinating patient transitions from hospital to the home environment
- Processing and organizing orders and working closely with internal sales and other specialist departments
- Conducting practical trainings and application consultations for nursing services and shared living communities
- Maintaining and expanding your own customer base / area of care
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (registered nurse)
- Empathy and composure in stressful situations
- Highest level of reliability and commitment
- Strong dedication, sense of responsibility and structured, goal-oriented self-management
- Valid driver’s license (car)
