About the role
- Campaign Execution & Ownership: Take full responsibility for planning, producing, and launching CRM campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and other digital channels. Manage briefs, coordinate assets with design, content, and localisation teams, and ensure a flawlessly executed schedule - all increasingly powered by data and AI for speed and quality.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Shape targeting strategies that bring the right message to the right audience at the right moment. Use behavioural data, lifecycle triggers, and experimentation to boost relevance and conversion.
- Technical Setup & Quality Assurance: Build, configure, and QA templates to ensure accurate, error-free delivery across devices. Set up automation workflows, schedule campaigns, verify rendering quality, and run post-launch checks to maintain performance and compliance.
- Performance & Insights: Report on key metrics, identify opportunities, and propose continuous improvements. Use experimentation (A/B and multivariate) to lift open rates, click-through rates, and conversion.
- Strategic Program Support: Contribute to lifecycle initiatives, including the Customer Referral Program and other CRM-driven growth projects, providing both hands-on execution and insight generation.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of demonstrable experience in a CRM or Email Marketing focused role. You see CRM campaigns as opportunities to move up the specific database and campaign metrics.
- Technical Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience working with enterprise-level email and SMS automation platforms (e.g., Iterable, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Exponea, Braze, etc.).
- Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of CRM metrics, performance analysis, and how to apply data for testing, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
- Data & Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of customer databases, data flows, and adherence to data privacy regulations like GDPR.
- Technical Foundation: HTML/CSS for email template configuration and troubleshooting.
