About the role
- Be accountable for GP activities in relevant commodities in the business entities under GP shared service scope (GP One-Roof).
- Be accountable for supplier development to meet business needs and maintain good working relationships with all suppliers.
- Support relevant commodity buyers to implement the procurement strategy defined by the Commodity and the Multi-functional Team (MFT) for the projects.
- Manage end to end procurement projects with value up to CNY800k, including call for tenders (CFT), contracts and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Fulfill business needs and provide added value to the internal customers in compliance with the GP processes and guidelines.
- Join cross-functional project teams, understand requests, contribute to the control of the demand, challenging and approving the specifications, sourcing and running the CFTs and suppliers’ selection processes.
Requirements
- Have Bachelor degree in human resource, business, procurement or supply chain
- Have experience working in MNC and 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement
- Speak, write and read both English and Chinese fluently
- Justify a good knowledge of IT tools and data analytics, such as google suites, SAP, etc.
- Be motivated and able to proactively engage in a change project and have analytics competences
- Be a good facilitator, a good listener, and customer-oriented person
