About the role
- Establish, implement and manage action plans resulting from DOA events, audit findings, and observations identified during internal surveillance activities conducted by ZQLE
- Present developed deliverables to the DOA expert of the ZQLE organization for communication to the EASA authority or the customer
- Oversee the monitoring of technical delegations using dedicated tools (NewDos, OSS, etc.)
- Define and track KPIs to improve visibility and traceability of the monitoring of technical delegations across all DOA-scope deliverables

- Organized, rigorous and methodical
- Able to take a step back to ensure product compliance and safety
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to any audience
- Persistent, with experience in project management
- Comfortable supporting change and innovation
- Curious and open to new technologies
- Advanced English and a strong ability to work in cross-functional teams
