About the role

  • Provide vital support to the sales team by preparing quotations, managing sales documentation.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records, streamline sales processes, and enable the sales team to focus on building client relationships and driving revenue.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, sales proposals, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain and update client records, contracts, and price lists in the CRM system.
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics, and operations teams to confirm product availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • Support the sales team in coordinating meetings, client follow-ups, and preparing presentation materials.
  • Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring all documentation is complete and aligned with company policies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, escalating to the sales team when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, pricing policies, and documentation standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
