About the role
- Serve as one of the company’s leading authorities in the design and execution of our compensation strategy
- Drive the design, development, and implementation of compensation programs
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to internal HR partners and business leaders
- Apply analytics and knowledge of advanced compensation concepts to address complex business challenges
- Oversee and direct program and project resources
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of Agilent’s global job structure
- Look for opportunities to integrate AI technologies into compensation processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Mathematics or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in compensation
- Deep knowledge of global compensation trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices
- Proven ability to design and implement compensation programs
- Experience directing project or program resources and leading teams
- Experience with Workday systems and configuration is desired.
