About the role
- Lead end-to-end MES/EBR solution design, implementation, and lifecycle support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and IT, to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards in EBR implementations
- Provide subject matter expertise during system upgrades, migrations, and audits
- Support integration with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems in designing data-driven frameworks to enhance demand forecasting, production planning, inventory optimization, and logistics efficiency
- Mentor internal teams and contribute to the development of best practices and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or related field
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in MES/EBR systems, with at least 4 years in SAP ME/MII or POMSNet
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in regulated industries (pharma, life sciences, etc.)
- Proven experience with electronic batch records, recipe management, and shop floor integration
- Deep knowledge of system validation, electronic signatures, and audit trails
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
