About the role
- Implementation and coordination of company integration management (BEM) in accordance with §167 SGB IX (German Social Code IX)
- Advising and supporting employees after long-term illness to facilitate successful return to work
- Organizing and moderating BEM meetings involving all relevant stakeholders (employees, managers, works council if applicable, representative for severely disabled employees)
- Developing individual measures for workplace adjustments and health promotion
- Documenting and evaluating BEM processes
- Collaborating with internal and external partners (e.g., occupational health services, rehabilitation providers, employment agency)
Requirements
- Practical professional experience in various areas of healthcare
- Strong organizational skills
- Skilled networker with strong communication abilities
- Proficient in MS Office
