About the role
- Support Local Business Development Managers with the Focus 5 AG Barr brands as the key in-store drivers
- Ensure AG Barr products appear in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities
- Work a defined territory of stores to develop model store status using the mults scorecard methodology
- Activate LBDM-made agreements both locally and regionally
- Build brand awareness through excellent execution at the point of purchase
- Manage a mixed territory of multiple calls (minimum 7 calls per day)
- Educate retailers about AG Barr's core brands within a given territory of multiple outlets
- Merchandising brands in the best way in each outlet to build maximum rate of sale
- Create impactful visibility to drive consumer awareness and impulse purchase
- Improve territory and outlet scorecard scores from baseline and grow distribution of key brands
- Prioritise Health, Safety and Wellbeing as core responsibilities
- Attend monthly team meetings (may require overnight stays)
Requirements
- Full driving licence essential
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and good personal leadership
- Self Motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- A good standard of presentation skills
- Ability to communicate internally using account performance data and demonstrate strong in-store execution
- Fluent in English
- Flexibility to attend monthly team meetings that may require overnights
- Manage a mixed territory of multiple calls - Min 7 calls per day
