About the role
- Assist in maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for client-related matters.
- Support the delivery of influencer marketing campaigns, production, creative, and community strategy services for your clientele.
- Develop trusted relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Assist in communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Help identify new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Collaborate with Senior Account Managers, and Directors in negotiating and closing agreements.
- Assist in forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g., quarterly performance and campaign performance reports).
- Prepare reports on account status and provide regular updates to internal teams.
Requirements
- Proven work experience in Influencer Marketing or a relevant role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- General knowledge of the gaming industry.
- Experience in mobile gaming or influencer marketing campaigns (BONUS).
