About the role

  • Prospect and develop commercial partnerships with laboratories, clinics, hospitals, occupational health centers, and other potential clients in the diagnostics and clinical analysis segment;
  • Present and sell the laboratory support services portfolio of Brasil Apoio / AFIP (specialized clinical laboratory tests);
  • Manage the external sales cycle (visits, meetings, negotiations, closing) and assume targets for new clients and account growth;
  • Build and maintain relationships with technical and commercial decision-makers (managers, directors of clinics, laboratories, hospitals);
  • Oversee the service implementation process with the client, ensuring technical and commercial support as required by the partner;
  • Record and report activities, pipeline, and results in the company's CRM/system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in external/field sales within the health sector, diagnostics, clinical analysis, or laboratory support.
  • A strong network of contacts in the laboratory, clinic, or hospital market is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with client visits, commercial presentations, and contract closing.
  • Availability for external travel (regional or statewide), in-person meetings, and client visits.
  • Proactive, results-oriented profile with the ability to work autonomously and meet targets.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedicine, Biology, or a commercial field is a plus.
