About the role

  • Plan and execute prioritized projects focused on Human Resources, aiming to contribute to strategy and improve our processes while always seeking to positively impact the quality of life of our employees;
  • Support the business and internal clients in designing organizational structures and addressing people-related challenges;
  • Support the performance appraisal process and design strategies for the development of leaders and teams;
  • Monitor the approved budget, seeking alternatives aligned with Aeris's strategic planning;
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to hiring and personnel movements, managing selection processes, promotion requests, etc.;
  • Coordinate the Recruitment & Selection team, ensuring an efficient hiring process for the company’s employees;
  • Develop the training and development strategy for employees, implementing measures that align with Aeris's culture and prepare staff both to perform well in their current roles and to meet the company's future demands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Postgraduate studies in progress;
  • Previous experience in industry;
  • Intermediate English.
