About the role
- Provides expert guidance, advice, and development support to the Reporting and Analytics team
- Sets the direction for Workday financial reporting and analytics
- Directs all work activities associated with the design, build, test, implementation and migration of reports
- Understands the design and security of the Workday solution and the impact of providing reports to users
- Responsible for executing and providing the results and conclusions of all phases of system applications
- Consults with users to identify, evaluate and formulate strategies to deal with opportunities for improvement in applications
- Leads multiple projects in all aspects of information systems lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years of experience in information systems, solution design, systems development, implementation, and installation within a complex environment
- 1 year of management experience in project management and managing multi-discipline work teams
- Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through day-to-day management
- Advanced project management skills
- Knowledge of effective best practice in information systems operations, regulations, and guidelines
