Software Engineer

• As a Systems Programmer at Advancial Federal Credit Union, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our core systems.
• You will be responsible for implementing new applications, optimizing performance, and ensuring system reliability to support the operations of the credit union effectively.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain system applications and databases in accordance with best practices.
• Collaborate with IT team members to integrate systems and ensure system components work together seamlessly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Assist in the development and execution of system upgrades, patches, and migrations as needed.
• Document technical specifications, change logs, and operational procedures for systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users and other departments regarding system usage and issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the credit union's systems remain competitive and secure.
