About the role
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team capable of consistently exceeding ambitious targets.
- Leverage the latest technology and AI solutions to accelerate all aspects of securing new business, in areas such as lead identification, qualification, outbound prospecting, etc.
- Design and implement scalable GTM processes that integrate seamlessly with marketing, partnerships, and client success.
- Drive a consultative sales approach that demonstrates ROI and ties adQuadrant’s offerings to client growth levers.
- Serve as a key member of the executive team, shaping company strategy and market positioning.
Requirements
- 12+ years in sales, with at least 5 in leadership within a digital marketing agency, consulting, or adjacent field.
- Proven track record closing $1M+ annual deals and beating multi-million-dollar targets.
- Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, and performance marketing ecosystems, with experience selling into SMB and mid-market retailers in the $10M–$150M annual revenue range.
- Demonstrated mastery of GTM strategy, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Fluency in selling complex, multi-service agency engagements with measurable ROI.
- High tech proficiency and passion for AI.
