Manager

• Review and gain a thorough understanding of the subcontractors’ contracts and corresponding annexes (for cranes, manpower, etc.), and prepare the necessary documentation to support the Project Manager in interpreting the associated rights and obligations
• Provide contractual analysis and guidance linked to the events shared by the project team
• Drafting and managing contractual notices, as well as responding to subcontractor communications and other project-related notifications, in alignment with the project's strategic objectives and business constraints
• Support in the preparation and negotiation of claims related to extensions of time and additional costs
• Oversight of internal approval processes and preparation of required compliance documentation
• Reporting, analyzing, and evaluating project outcomes to enhance cost efficiency and profitability across Vestas projects
• Providing contractual insights to stakeholders and management, contributing to the development of strategies aimed at improving future contract clauses
