About the role
- Identify, develop, and close opportunities with key enterprise accounts in Germany, focusing on new customer acquisition (Greenfield).
- Build strategic account plans that connect Adobe’s solutions to each customer’s priorities and business outcomes.
- Partner with senior executives to understand their challenges and demonstrate the value of Adobe’s digital experience solutions.
- Show how Adobe technology can optimize customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Work cross-functionally with Solution Consultants, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact to implementation.
Requirements
- Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in identifying and winning new enterprise customers in competitive markets, especially within the retail industry.
- Ability to lead account teams, influence collaborators, and navigate complex decision processes.
- Apply data and insights to develop convincing arguments and sales strategies.
- Oriented towards achieving outcomes, excelling in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
- Fluent German and strong English communication skills are essential.
