About the role

  • Analyse business and sales performance data to surface insights, risks, and opportunities, recommending actions that drive growth
  • Build and maintain frameworks to assess business health
  • Prepare and present performance reviews at the geo and regional level
  • Apply structured problem-solving to strengthen operational rigor
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and BI to streamline workflows
  • Develop strong expertise in key analytics tools
  • Support key business rhythms
  • Lead and execute change initiatives end-to-end
  • Deliver on ad-hoc strategic and analytical projects

Requirements

  • 4–7 years’ experience in business operations, analytics, strategy, or consulting—ideally within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to manipulate and present data for non-technical audiences
  • Advanced Excel and working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and CRM systems (SFDC, MSFT Dynamics, or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights and actionable plans
  • Comfort navigating large or ambiguous datasets and identifying trends, gaps, or opportunities
  • Experience improving processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, or data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and collaborator management skills
  • Strong focus on detail
