About the role

  • Lead and manage all aspects mid to large-scale, multi-stream programs from initiation through delivery
  • Develop and maintain program plans, including timelines, prioritization, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Promote cross-functional engagement and manage participants across all programs
  • Establish and operationalize retention frameworks and processes
  • Implement communication and enablement strategies to support program objectives
  • Drive cross functional workstreams focused on customer saves, early warning systems, and renewal acceleration
  • Convene and manage weekly critical initiative meetings, action trackers, and SharePoint documentation

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ program management experience in technology or enterprise software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven leadership of strategic, large-scale initiatives
  • Experience in process development, analytics, and scalable frameworks
