About the role
- Lead and manage all aspects mid to large-scale, multi-stream programs from initiation through delivery
- Develop and maintain program plans, including timelines, prioritization, and risk mitigation strategies
- Promote cross-functional engagement and manage participants across all programs
- Establish and operationalize retention frameworks and processes
- Implement communication and enablement strategies to support program objectives
- Drive cross functional workstreams focused on customer saves, early warning systems, and renewal acceleration
- Convene and manage weekly critical initiative meetings, action trackers, and SharePoint documentation
Requirements
- 7+ years’ program management experience in technology or enterprise software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, related field or equivalent experience
- Proven leadership of strategic, large-scale initiatives
- Experience in process development, analytics, and scalable frameworks
