About the role
- Develop and implement industry-aligned partner strategies that drive pipeline and bookings.
- Activate partners through joint GTM planning, enablement, and co-marketing.
- Collaborate with enterprise sales leaders to embed partner motions into field GTM, ensuring seamless integration across sales plays and customer engagements.
- Own partner-influenced pipeline metrics and bookings targets.
- Establish operating rhythms that drive accountability and transparency.
- Represent Adobe’s partner strategy in internal and external forums.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, alliances, or partner strategy roles.
- Proven success in building and delivering partner GTM strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, partner ecosystems, and industry verticals.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a track record of public speaking or published thought leadership.
- Willingness to travel (~40%) to engage with partners and field teams.
