About the role
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, from practitioners to C-level executives
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demos that showcase real-world value
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to uncover customer challenges and opportunities
- Translate complex data landscapes into actionable insights and strategic solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive solution adoption and customer success
Requirements
- Deep expertise in customer data, omnichannel analytics, personalization, and digital marketing technologies
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud or similar platforms
- Proven ability to build and present use cases, value propositions, and ROI models
- Experience engaging with large enterprises (e.g., DAX 30 companies)
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel across the Central European Region
