• Participate in story mapping, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews on a strict two-week cadence.
• Review each other’s work to ensure high code quality standards.
• Successfully implement and deliver regular increments of shippable functionality on time with high quality.
• Determine and influence critical decisions about how we build and grow our software.
• Build outstanding digital experiences and create scalable systems.
• Improve existing automation test frameworks to add new capabilities.
• File detailed issue reports for failing tests and work on automated test cases to verify fixes.
• Periodically review specifications and test plans, identifying gaps in coverage and supplementing with new test cases.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Look for ways to continually improve testing and automation.
• Work effectively in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment.
