About the role
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of AI Engagement Managers
- Oversee and steer large-scale enterprise programs focused on Firefly and GenAI adoption
- Act as executive escalation point and trusted advisor for strategic customers
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate field insights into Firefly’s roadmap
- Stay current on GenAI, creative automation, and content supply chain advancements
Requirements
- 8+ years in digital strategy, enterprise consulting, or AI/ML roles
- 2+ years in people leadership or team management
- Deep understanding of GenAI, Adobe Firefly, and first- and third-party AI models
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation or AI adoption programs
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Firefly, and GenStudio Modules
- Expertise in scaled agile delivery methodologies and tools (Jira, Workfront, Confluence, Miro)
- Exceptional communication and executive influence
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer and team engagement.
