• Leading role in the Product Supply Interface department
• Partnership with NAM Supply Chain Management and Commercial teams to convert demand to supply
• Delivering on time availability and inventory performance targets (COTA, LOTA, ATP) for the business
• Execute direction and day-to-day management of performance and development activities
• Create visibility to NAM projected availability and inventory performance
• Drive decision making and action to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities with business partners
• Functionally manage the hub employees and develop a high performing team
• Lead regular Demand / Supply Consensus and Availability meetings for all Business Units
• Collaborate closely with Business Unit and Demand Planning Management to develop inventory/purchasing plans
• Ensure in-depth understanding of the strategies and sales targets of the Business Units and guide your team to support key product launches
