The Sales Business Analyst is a highly visible role that will work closely with sales and sales management to provide key insights and drive business decisions by analyzing sales data, designing reports, and articulating complex data. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, detail, process, and customer service oriented individual focused on meeting the needs of a growing and dynamic sales and marketing team by managing projects, timelines, and processes.
Responsibilities Design sales analysis and reporting systems for use throughout the sales organization Handle monthly reporting tasks for the sales organization including sales product reviews Generate sales forecasting and pipeline reports and manage the whitespace and market data program Oversee data quality in Salesforce as it relates to accounts, contacts, and opportunities to ensure the integrity of analysis Communicate the results analysis in written and verbal form to sales leadership. Requirements
3+ years of experience in a professional environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to balance multiple projects at once
Passionate self-starter who is able to work as a team player, managing multiple projects with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Willing to challenge the norm and create new processes and analysis to discover new insights
Strong skills in the following: Excel, Salesforce.com, PowerBI or similar BI tool, and Statistical Analysis
Ability to work across departments and deliver insights to a variety of groups
