About the role

  • Design and implement agentic AI architectures leveraging LangGraph (or similar) and related multi-agent frameworks.
  • Integrate large language models (LLMs), tools, APIs and other services to create robust multi-step reasoning systems and workflows.
  • Build and maintain evaluation pipelines using LangSmith (or similar tools) to enable observability, continuous learning and improvement of agents.
  • Optimize system performance, manage cost, reduce latency, prompt-engineering, memory and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
  • Deploy AI agents into production—APIs, containers, cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure or equivalent) and ensure reliability, scalability and maintainability.
  • Collaborate closely with product, research and engineering teams to define agent features, pipelines and production metrics.
  • Stay current with latest agentic AI methods, frameworks and tooling; propose and execute upgrades/designs accordingly.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a similar discipline.
  • 1 year of proven, hands-on experience with LangGraph and LangSmith (or very similar frameworks).
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of agent orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning, planning, and evaluation techniques.
  • Experience deploying AI systems to production environments, including APIs, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with observability tools, logging/metrics, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and memory management.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to translate product/research needs into technical design and implementation.
  • Bonus (nice to have): Experience with multi-agent systems research, reinforcement learning for agents, tool use by LLMs, and prior production use of LangGraph-style frameworks.
