Account Manager

• Provide expert advice, analysis, and recommendations in their area of specialisation (e.g. GEDSI, Climate Change, MEL, Safeguarding, Training and Skills Development);
• Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of activities that integrate cross-cutting priorities across P4A outcomes;
• Develop and review policies, strategies, guidelines, and frameworks relevant to their thematic area;
• Undertake technical assessments, reviews, or evaluations, and prepare associated reports and briefing papers;
• Design and deliver training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities for counterparts and the P4A team;
• Provide capacity-building and mentoring support to Pacific partners and institutions;
• Identify coordination opportunities between DFAT, regional initiatives, and relevant sector stakeholders;
• Contribute technical input to program communications, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), and safeguarding requirements;
• Perform other duties as requested in support of program objectives and priorities.
