About the role
- Oversee all operations of the steel workshop and ensure smooth, controlled production.
- Lead, organize and motivate your team to ensure efficiency, cohesion and skills development.
- Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety and deadline requirements.
- Optimize work methods, anticipate issues and implement practical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics and project teams to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years’ experience as a metalworker or in a similar role
- Strong team management and organizational skills
- Thorough mastery of welding and fabrication techniques
- Unwavering attention to detail and a high level of precision
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using production management software and relevant IT tools
