About the role

  • Develop and deliver Training & Development programs (technical and behavioral) for multidisciplinary teams and leadership
  • Lead performance evaluation, Individual Development Plan (IDP) and succession planning processes
  • Support leaders in identifying the development needs of their teams
  • Work on initiatives related to organizational culture, climate and engagement
  • Analyze and present T&D and DHO metrics using advanced Excel.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Training & Development (T&D), Human & Organizational Development (DHO) and Performance Management
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical ability to work with metrics (dashboards and charts for presentations)
  • Experience with platforms such as Qulture.Rocks, Feedz, Sólides or Efix
  • Experience with performance evaluations, Individual Development Plans (IDP), organizational culture and climate
