About the role

  • Preparation of project and business reporting for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Conducting variance and budget analyses
  • Responsible for cost analyses and supporting the development of appropriate corrective measures
  • Preparation of forecasts for performance, results and cash flow
  • Operational support for the Business Units during project reviews as well as order entry in SAP and relevant IT tools
  • Reviewing and posting invoices and ensuring correct cost allocation
  • Preparation of payment requests as well as interim and final invoices
  • Responsibility for master data maintenance and commercial administration
  • Support in commercial contract negotiations and involvement in claim management
  • Close collaboration with project management, Finance and Procurement

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree/advanced training in business administration
  • Strong numerical skills and solid business acumen
  • Good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Very good German language skills; English skills are desirable
  • Analytical, structured and independent way of working
  • High precision, sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
  • Experience in project business or contract management is an advantage but not required
  • Career starters are explicitly welcome
