About the role
- Preparation of project and business reporting for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Conducting variance and budget analyses
- Responsible for cost analyses and supporting the development of appropriate corrective measures
- Preparation of forecasts for performance, results and cash flow
- Operational support for the Business Units during project reviews as well as order entry in SAP and relevant IT tools
- Reviewing and posting invoices and ensuring correct cost allocation
- Preparation of payment requests as well as interim and final invoices
- Responsibility for master data maintenance and commercial administration
- Support in commercial contract negotiations and involvement in claim management
- Close collaboration with project management, Finance and Procurement
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a degree/advanced training in business administration
- Strong numerical skills and solid business acumen
- Good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good German language skills; English skills are desirable
- Analytical, structured and independent way of working
- High precision, sense of responsibility and reliability
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Experience in project business or contract management is an advantage but not required
- Career starters are explicitly welcome
