About the role
- From developing and posting job adverts to supporting interviews, you will be the primary point of contact for the entire recruiting process within your business unit.
- You advise our specialists and managers and support them on all matters related to recruiting.
- You expand existing recruitment channels and identify new ways to attract top talent.
- You actively shape our employer brand — e.g., through social media campaigns, the design of flyers and trade-fair materials, and by creating target-group-specific content for external platforms.
- As part of active sourcing projects, you identify and proactively approach suitable candidates.
- You represent our company at career fairs and position Actemium as an attractive employer.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a Personnel Specialist (e.g., Personalfachkaufmann) or a degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional experience in operational recruitment, ideally with knowledge of active sourcing and interview techniques
- Experience implementing employer branding measures, such as social media campaigns
- A proactive, hands-on and service-oriented mentality
- Enthusiasm for recruiting and an independent, careful way of working
- Willingness to travel
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
