About the role

  • Central point of contact for a defined support area
  • Preparation of all personnel-related documents (e.g., contracts, references, certificates) across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Completion of administrative HR tasks
  • Constructive collaboration with the works council, particularly on individual employment-related matters
  • Active participation in HR projects

Requirements

  • Completed vocational qualification as an HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann) or a university degree with an HR focus (e.g., Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources Management)
  • Several years of professional experience in operational HR management
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and works council legislation
  • High degree of initiative
  • Experience working with the works council and, ideally, experience applying collective bargaining agreements
  • Empathy
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
