About the role
- Develop and customize MES solutions using Siemens Opcenter EX to support our manufacturing processes
- Conduct detailed analyses to identify optimization opportunities and implement appropriate measures
- Create and maintain all MES-related documentation
- Ensure the functionality and reliability of MES solutions
- Manage and optimize SQL databases
- Perform proactive system maintenance and provide rapid troubleshooting
- Integrate systems such as ERP, PLM and MOM
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Several years of experience implementing and customizing MES solutions, ideally with Siemens Opcenter EX
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing process analysis and optimization
- Experience in the medical device industry and familiarity with relevant regulations and standards is desirable
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
