• Contact clients and gather all appropriate information to adequately report claims
• Enter all claims into Epic and generate Acord notices
• Inform producers and managers of any problems or issues concerning a client or a claim
• Actively manage claims for assigned clients and follow open claims relying on activity system
• Continuously document claim file notes
• Advocate for client in reserving and claim evaluations
• Coordinate carrier request with clients
• Develop relationships with assigned clients and carriers
• Prepare loss summary reports for internal customers
