• Enter all claims into Epic and generate Acord notices
• Inform producers and managers of any problems concerning a client or a claim
• Actively manage claims for assigned clients
• Continuously document claim file notes
• Proactively guide claims to a timely resolution
• Advocate for client in reserving and claim evaluations
• Develop relationships with assigned clients and carriers
